We recognise that people with learning disabilities and autism face long-standing prejudice and barriers to enter the world of work, from the simple act of divulging their disability to a lack of work experience.
We believe that by providing these opportunities and with the right support and guidance, some students can take part in work experience in an area not previously available to them.
Upmo Retail
Our students are often not offered the same opportunities as their nondisabled peers, but our uniquely tailored curriculum is designed to be practical, giving students the choice and opportunities to apply what they learn into their own lives. Life is about choices, and it is about helping our students develop the skills and tools to make the choices that are going to help them live the healthiest, happiest and most fulfilled lives as possible.

Designed to enrich students’ lives through learning employability skills, to help them develop life skills in the areas of customer service, handling money, maintaining professional standards.

Upmo Grow
We offer support tailored to the individual needs of adults with learning disabilities and autism so they can engage with outdoor learning. Our Upmo Grow team learn horticulture skills enabling them to provide Upmo Eats with in season produce for the cafes
