Employability
We recognise that people with learning disabilities and autism face long-standing prejudice and barriers to enter the world of work, from the simple act of divulging their disability to a lack of work experience.
We believe that by providing opportunities and with the right support and guidance, some students can take part in work experience in an area not previously available to them.
